Refund policy
All sales are final once a tracking number has been provided to the customer. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on non-defective items.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or broken item, we will send you a replacement free of charge. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo(s) of the damage. We reserve the right to request the defective item be returned before shipping a replacement.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow additional time for carrier transit and delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
