Shipping Policy

At HVY Jewelry, we offer free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and major holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all domestic orders via UPS. Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped are as follows:

UPS Ground: 1 to 5 business days. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment at ups.com. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. HVY Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at hvyjewelz@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

HVY Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building management, or any safe locations where the carrier may have left the package. If you are still unable to locate it, please file a claim directly with UPS.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please provide an alternate street address. We are able to ship to APO/FPO addresses upon request.
